Rooted in Palestine since 2008

It Started With the Farmers.

Al’Ard began with a simple challenge: Palestinian farmers were producing exceptional olive oil, but too often lacked reliable access to the markets their harvests deserved.

We believed Palestinian farmers shouldn’t only grow world-class products. They should have the opportunity to build livelihoods from them.

So in 2008, our family began building a bridge between Palestinian farmers and the world.

Why choose Palestinian olive oil?

Palestinian olive oil comes from some of the oldest cultivated groves in the world, tended by families who have farmed the same terraces for generations. The Rumi and Nabali varieties produce an oil that is naturally low in acidity, with a green, peppery character you can taste.

Al'Ard olives are hand-harvested and cold-pressed within six hours, keeping acidity below 0.3%. Choosing it also means your purchase goes back to Palestinian farmers, their land, and their harvest.

Choose Extra Virgin for everyday use, Premium for dipping and gifting, and Organic if you prefer a certified organic version of your extra virgin.

Yes. It is suitable for many everyday cooking uses, including roasting, sautéing, dressings, marinades, and finishing dishes.

Keep it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Close the cap tightly after each use, and finish an opened bottle within two to three months.

Every bottle is single origin and single harvest, pressed within six hours of picking. Each batch is lab-tested and certified extra virgin, with acidity verified below 0.3%.
