How does a product become a customer favorite?
By reorder rate and rating over a rolling twelve months. It is not a shelf we curate — the list changes when your ordering changes.
Do favorites stay in stock all year?
Most do. New-harvest items are seasonal by nature and sell out — turn on a restock alert on the product page and we email you the day it returns.
What does the 30-day satisfaction promise cover?
If something arrives wrong, damaged, or simply isn't what you expected, tell us within 30 days and we refund or replace it. Food does not need to be sent back.
Is there a way to spend less?
Bundles save 15% against buying the same items individually, and shipping is free over $99. The larger sizes are always better value per gram if you have the storage.
I'm new here. What should I order first?
