Refund Policy
Satisfaction Guarantee:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order for a full refund or exchange.
Return Period:
You may return your purchase within 120 days from the purchase date. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
Conditions for Returns:
The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
It must be in the original box and/or packaging.
Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items:
Products that are damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer will not qualify for a refund.

Shipping Policy
Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 1 business day, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after business hours will be processed on the next business day.
Domestic Shipping:
We ship within the U.S.A. only. Al’Ard ships via the United States Postal Service (USPS), with delivery times ranging from 1 to 6 business days, depending on your location.
International Shipping:
For international orders, please contact us at marketing@alardproducts.com for shipping quotes and timelines.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. Free shipping offers, if any, will be highlighted during the checkout process.
Delays:
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen delays due to weather, natural disasters, or carrier issues may occur. We are not responsible for such delays but will assist in tracking your shipment.
Damaged Goods
Reporting Damages:
If you receive damaged goods, please retain the original packaging and contact us within 7 days of delivery. You may be required to provide photographic evidence of the damage.
Replacement Policy:
Upon receiving your claim, we will evaluate it and issue a replacement for the damaged items at no additional cost to you. Claims made after 7 days from the delivery date will not be eligible for replacement.
Cause of Damage:
There is no need to determine the cause of the damage for your claim to be processed. However, we appreciate your assistance in documenting the issue for quality assurance purposes.
Incorrect Orders
Reporting Errors:
If you receive an incorrect item (e.g., wrong product, size, or type), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include a photograph of the item you received and your order details.
Resolution:
Once we verify the error, we will send the correct item at no additional cost or provide an alternative resolution if agreed upon. Please retain the incorrect item until further instructions are provided.
Customer Responsibility:
We ask that you package the incorrect item securely for return, if requested. All replacements and resolutions require mutual agreement between the customer and Al’Ard.

Pricing:
All prices listed are in USD. We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice due to changes in market conditions or other factors.
