How fresh is the olive oil I’ll receive?
Extremely fresh, pressed and bottled from the current 2025 harvest. You’ll be among the first outside

When will my olive oil arrive?
Pre-orders in October. Shipping begins right after the first pressing arrival to our warehouses in the US,
usually late November into December, so you receive the freshest oil possible.

Do you really produce in Palestine?
Yes, every bottle is harvested by Palestinian farmers, pressed and bottled in our Nablus facility, then
