Made from pure sheep milk using traditional Nabulsi methods.  Nabulsi cheese tastes great boiled, grilled, or even fried. Plus, it can be used in Middle Eastern desserts such as kunafa, borek, and pies.

After opening tin, it is recommended to transfer the cheese with original saltwater solution into jar(s) for storing.  Use hot water for desalination (repeat to taste).
