Shipping policy

All orders are usually shipped the next business day.

We ship within the U.S.A. only.

Alard Products Olive Oil ships via United States Postal Service (USPS) with delivery in 1 to 6 business days, depending on how far you are, so please take this into consideration while estimating the arrival of your package.

For international orders kindly contact us for shipping �prices .

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Return and refund policy:

�If for any reason your olive oil does not arrive in perfect condition or you are not satisfied with quality, please email us� at info@alardproducts.com  or call our office at 717-993-9990 & we'll substitute it with no charge but you have to notice an important point which is ( within 7 days only you can send a claim , otherwise you can�t ) �

Damaged Goods

If you receive damaged goods, please keep them in the original packages & contact or email us an image of the damaged products right away without the need to know the cause of damage . You have 7 days to claim from the date of arrival �, otherwise you can�t & we will substitute the damaged goods without any extra charge .

Incorrect Order

If �you get a shipment� from us with any mixed � up (i.e. wrong kind of olive oil , size,

Product �, �etc ) please don�t hesitate to contact us or send us an email with an image of what you� received & we will put a fast attention to it . Al�Ard company never take a final decision or replacement without your agreement� and expect the same in return .you have to send a claim within 7 days of� your delivery ,otherwise you can�t.
